  Northbound Q23 buses will not make stops from 108th St/Roosevelt Ave to 108th St/37th Ave.
  Southbound Q23 buses will not make stops from 108th St/Northern Blvd to 108th St/37th Ave
  
  
  While detoured, northbound buses will make stops as requested along 103rd Street.
  Southbound buses will make stops as requested along 102nd and 104th Streets.
