  Eastbound M8 buses will not make stops from E 10th St/Ave A to E 10th St/Ave B.
  Westbound M8 buses will not make stops from E 10th St/Ave C to E 10th St/Ave A.
  While detoured, M8 buses will make stops upon request on E 14th St and E Houston St.
