Help Us Improve the System
MTA Bus Time has recently launched for all buses on Staten Island. We know it isn't perfect, so please help us find the bugs and improve how it works. If you are using the system and you think you see a problem, email us at:
Include as much of the following information about how you are using MTA Bus Time as you can, to help us track down the problem:
- The date and time when you experienced the problem
- The number of the particular bus that had a problem (for example, if a bus was on the route but was not showing up in the MTA Bus Time system)
- Which stop and/or route you were using the system to get information about
- What type of computer or mobile device you are using (e.g. Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android, etc)
- If using a desktop or laptop computer, what web browser (and if you know it, what version) you are using
- If you think it would help explain the problem, include a screenshot
